Terms and Conditions

• I understand that there is no guarantee of a successful assessment result and that extra training or extra assessments may be required at an additional cost to the package purchased.
• 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or change a lesson and 72 hrs notice must be given to cancel or change a test pack booking or mock test  otherwise the full fee will be payable. Approved refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours.
• Package costs are non-refundable if lessons are not utilised. The lessons can be saved for later usage (within twelve months).
• There is an insurance excess of $1200 for the vehicle you are driving; in the event of an accident, you will be liable to pay the excess. In the event of an accident should I deem it not in its best interest to lodge an insurance claim, you will be liable for any damage caused.
• The student must attend lesson in appropriate clothing and footwear.
• The student must bring your current and appropriate licence and your logbook.
• By signing you agree to the conditions of training. You also agree to abide by all the legislative requirements in relation to road use in Queensland. Student liable for any traffic fines during lessons.
• By accessing the website, users agree to comply with the terms, laws, and regulations. If you disagree, you must not use the site.
• All intellectual property on the site belongs to Pass With Liz or third parties. Users cannot use trademarks or copyrights without permission.

Driving Instruction Policy Overview

• Session Structure: Standard driving appointments are 60 minutes in duration, encompassing both instructional time and progress reviews. The lesson commences upon the instructor’s arrival; please account for minor timing fluctuations due to traffic conditions.
• Student Attendance: Students are expected to be ready 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals, though this time will be deducted from the session. Exceeding this window may result in a forfeited lesson and a cancellation fee.
• Instructor Contingencies: While we strive for punctuality, external factors may cause delays or staff changes. In such cases, we guarantee the full provision of instructional time through extensions or rescheduling.
• Compliance & Licensing: All students must adhere to the instructor’s guidance, possess a valid Australian or recognised international permit, and ensure mobile devices remain powered off during the session.
• Property Liability: Students are financially responsible for any vehicle damage or professional cleaning requirements resulting from negligence or misuse.
